PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION REGISTRATION

If your registration for this congress is to be covered by your public entity, please follow the registration instructions below.

You may proceed with your registration by selecting “Bank Transfer” as the payment method. Do not make the payment at this stage. After completing your registration, kindly contact us with a dedicated message.

To process the payment of the fee by your public entity, it is mandatory to provide a written commitment from the Public Administration addressed to First Class, including the following details:

  • Unique Code (IPA Code)
  • Administrative Reference Code (if applicable)
  • Purchase Order Number (if applicable)
  • VAT Number
  • Tax Code
  • CIG
  • CUP
  • NSO

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations received by April 15, 2025, will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus a 30% administrative fee.Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for any refund.

All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Congress.
